Just before the recent eighth annual Kia Classic golf tournament at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, CA teed off, Kia Motors America revealed that the company had extended its marketing relationship with the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA).
Recently, U.S. News & World Report announced the roster of vehicles that received "2017 Best Cars for Families" awards, and Kia took home two of the top prizes. The 2017 Kia Soul led a group of 20 vehicles for the "Best Compact Car" class, and the 2017 Kia Cadenza was selected from among 11 entries in the "Best Large Car" category.

Last month, Kia Motors America (KMA) kept it's now eight-month streak of sales records alive, totaling 54,231 vehicles sold in December. This was an increase of 19 percent over December 2014, and helped the automaker push past the 600,000-unit mark for the first time. The annual total of 625,818 vehicles sold represented a nearly eight percent increase of 2014.
