Every year, Kelley Blue Book releases their KBB.com "10 Best Back-to-School Cars" list. The process begins with going through all of the vehicles that boast a Kelley Blue Book Fair Purchase Price of lower than $20,000, with editors then cutting down to the 10 vehicles they believe offer the best mix of value, safety and style.
