Kia has just received not one but two awards from this year's World Car Awards.

First off is the Kia Telluride full-size SUV being hailed as the 2020 World Car of The Year. Out of a list of 29 vehicles, the Telluride was declared the winner. According to the automaker, the SUV was rewarded by the judging panel for its distinctive design and impressive practicality.

The 2021 Kia Seltos joins the crowded subcompact SUV segment with the Honda HR-V and Jeep Renegade in its sights. MotorTrend talked to Jenny Chang, program manager for the 2021 Kia Seltos, to learn more about the latest entry in the fast-growing segment. What did we find out? Expect more SUVs with rugged looks with capability to match.
