Below are some of the steps we are taking to help our Service customers during this challenging time. 

  • Vehicle pick up- Schedule a time for us to pick up your vehicle at your home or place of employment, for maintenance such as tires, brakes, and non-routine work. Service provided up to and including 15 miles from dealership. There is a $29.99 convenience charge added to the service and waived if a repair or purchased service is in excess of $299.99.
  • Optional Key Drop Off Box- Allows you to leave your vehicle with us without coming into the office.  
  • Parking Lot Pickup- We can make arrangements for you to pick up your vehicle without coming into the office.
  • Text Alerts -Service Technicians will send walkaround videos via text to explain any work needed as well as Multi Point Inspection information.
  • Phone Payments- Payments for service work can be taken over the phone, and we are currently working towards other secure online payment methods.
  • Sanitizing- We are vigilant in sanitizing all work areas and vehicles both before and after work is performed. Our service department will be utilizing gloves, wiping down vehicles, and adding floor mats as extra precautions.
