Kia of Waldorf GM Jay Wedick hands over the keys to a brand new Kia Optima to Kerrie Seberg, a Special Education teacher at Diggs Elementary School in Waldorf.  Kerrie was selected as the Charles County Teacher of the Year for 2012.  Congrats to Kerrie!!
